Engr. Richard Olofintuyi studied Geological Engineering at the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti in Nigeria. He proceeded to the United States of America to pursue a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Indiana University – Purdue University, Indianapolis and Masters in System Engineering from Naval Post graduate School Monterey, California. He is a Certified Systems Engineer (CSE) and Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), whoq holds the U.S Department of Defense Security Clearance. Engr. Richard Olofintuyi worked with the Naval Warfare Center (Flight System Division) Crane as its Quality Assurance Engineer, Technologist, and Systems & Management Engineer where he was involved with legacy avionics components in defense aerospace projects to fix and improve existing products such as manned and unmanned air vehicles and control systems of weapon rockets and satellite systems. As Systems Engineer he also worked in collaboration with a group of Systems Engineers in designing systems electronics features that led to development and deployment of intermittent fault detection and isolation which was specifically to detect and isolate intermittent faults in avionic components interconnections and wiring. He has been involved in scheduled maintenance checks on high value secured components, including warfare avionics, instruments, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, fuel controls and electrical accessories with Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Boeing with General Dynamics. Key participant in Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Indiana that developed avionics components test procedures to improve the Submarine launched ballistic missile with accuracy and payload to Trident II Strategic Weapons System. Engr. Omololu is involved in the Dell Security & Resiliency Organization (SRO), managing the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. The Federal Cybersecurity team is an organization within SRO focused primarily on the internal security and compliance requirements, in support of Dell Federal. Engr. Omololu is a team player whose special skills include assisting in the resolution and design of technical systems, development and design systems architectures. Proficient in modifying Avionics parts, MatLab, LabVIEW, PLC (Allen-Bradley), prototypes, and meetings and possesses the ability to install and maintain solid state equipment, Electrical Control Systems and Design Digital Control System Analysis. He is an expert in Project Management, Exception Handling, Multi-tasking, Strong Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation skills, Customer Service and Teamwork. Proficient in the use and implementation of FMEA for analysis. He is Happily Married with children.
