Engr. Omololu Richard Olofintuyi studied Geological Engineering at the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti, Nigeria, before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Indiana University-Purdue University, USA, and a Master’s in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, USA. He is a Certified Systems Engineer (CSE) and Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) with U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
He served as a Quality Assurance Engineer at the Naval Warfare Center, Crane, focusing on defense aerospace projects, including manned and unmanned air vehicles, weapon control systems, and satellite components. Engr. Olofintuyi contributed to intermittent fault detection systems for avionics and collaborated with leading defense companies like Lockheed Martin and Boeing on avionics maintenance and missile system enhancements.
Currently, he is part of Dell’s Security & Resiliency Organization, managing security risks and compliance within federal cybersecurity. Previously, he ensured adherence to NIST, FISMA, and ISO standards as a Cybersecurity Specialist at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service and developed secure architectures for PIT-Control systems at the Naval Surface Warfare Center.
With over thirteen years of cybersecurity experience, he specializes in cloud security, forensics, geospatial intelligence, Azure administration, and risk management. He holds multiple certifications, including PMP, CISA, CASP+, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. Engr. Olofintuyi is proficient in SIEM tools, cryptography, and application security, with expertise in systems architecture and digital control systems.
He actively contributes to geospatial intelligence initiatives across sectors like agriculture, urban planning, and resource management. Engr. Omololu Richard Olofintuyi is happily married with children.
